Important Information Before Requesting a Return
Furniture products require careful handling, delivery and installation. Return or refund requests are reviewed according to the product condition, order type and reason for return. Keep the original packaging until the product has been checked after delivery.

Return Eligibility
A return may be accepted under the following conditions.
- The product was damaged during transportation or delivery.
- A different product, model, colour or size was delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
- The product is unused and remains in its original packaging.
- The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Approval is subject to inspection and verification by Jharkhand Furniture or its authorised team.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned because of their nature or order conditions.
- Customized, made-to-order or specially modified furniture.
- Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or unauthorised repair.
- Used, stained, altered or accidentally damaged products.
- Products without original packaging, accessories or documents.
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Step 1Request and documents are reviewed.
Step 2Product is collected and inspected.
Step 3Approved amount is returned to the original payment method.
Approval generally takes 2–3 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may take 5–7 business days to credit the amount.

Replacement Policy
A replacement may be offered when practical and available.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Verified manufacturing defect.
- Confirmed transit damage.
- Missing essential component affecting normal use.
Replacement depends on stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms depend on dispatch and customization status.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch may qualify for a full refund.
- After dispatch, delivery or handling charges may be deducted.
- Customized orders cannot normally be cancelled after production starts.
- Applicable deductions will be communicated before refund processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
Report delivery-related issues promptly for verification.
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear product and packaging photographs.
- Provide an unboxing video whenever available.
- Share the order number, invoice and registered phone number.
- Keep the packaging until the complaint is reviewed.
